White Satin Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup White Satin Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg
- Dry Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Steps
Cream the butter and sugar together
Add Vanilla and Egg, set aside
Combine dry ingredients – Flour, Baking Powder, Salt
Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture; mix well
Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, use a rolling pin to roll to desired thickness
Chill in the refrigerator 1 – 2 hours
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use your favorite cookie cutters
Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 – 10 minutes. Cookies are done when the edges begin to turn golden brown.
Cool completely before decorating
