Ingredients

Bread:
  • 1 15 oz can pureed pumpkin (OR fresh Idaho Pumpkin)
  • 3 /4 cup Idaho garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Idaho honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Idaho flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Whipped Topping:
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (lite for less fat)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp Idaho honey
