When paired with the crisp and sweet peapods grown in Idaho’s fertile soil, the result is a stir fry that is both nutritious and delicious. With just a few simple ingredients and a short cooking time, this Beef Peapod Stir Fry from Idaho is the perfect meal for busy weeknights.
