Idaho is the nation’s number 1 producer of barley and the number 2 producer of hops; both are main ingredients in beer. With such access to locally grown ingredients, Idaho craft beers are making a name for themselves!

Idaho has three American Viticulture Areas (AVAs) that are unique grape growing regions that produce award winning Idaho wines.

Idaho distilleries utilize state-grown potatoes, barley, orchard fruits and other distinct Idaho ingredients to produce high-quality vodka, whiskey, brandy and other spirits.
