Established in 1981, Bitner Vineyards is a premier destination for connoisseurs of fine wine. Their small production wines (1,200 – 1,500 cases a year) are highly sought after. Bitner is the first vineyard in Idaho that is sustainable LIVE certified, Salmon-Safe certified, and a promoter of bee-friendly farming practices. Bitner membership is exclusive and includes access to their tasting room and intimate patio with a spectacular view. A true epicurean’s delight. They offer a limited number of nonmember reservations in advance.
