Lunch with the Winemaker 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards
We’re serving Lunch, with the Winemaker that is. Executive Chef Benjamin Thorpe
Gary and I would like everyone to meet head winemaker, Corey Sprott, over lunch. We’re offering Lunch with the Winemaker on July 20, 2023 from 11:00am – 1:00pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the winemaking process, our wines and the vineyards and our new winery.
Amuse Bouche – Peruvian Ceviche, lime crema, elote style crisp corn
Main Course – Coriander Lime Encrusted Pork Loin, roasted poblano tamal, mole cremeux
Dessert – Churro Donuts, Tequila Cinnamon Gelato
Plus wine of course!
Please advise any dietary modifications as soon as possible so chef may prepare for your visit.
Suggested Wine: $67.26/person includes 18% service, plus tax
