KIN Butchery Class
Join Kris as he guides you through a chicken butchery / cooking class here at KIN / ART HAUS. All guests will receive a chicken to butcher as they are guided through the process, this chicken will be vac sealed and sent home with the guest to prepare at home using the ideas learned in class. After the class enjoy food and drinks with your classmates in an informal setting in our KIN dining room.
The class will run from 6pm-8pm Tuesday February 18th and March 11th.
This class is $130 … as mentioned above this will include goodies to take home!
